haaaay... UP memories...

kalayaan residence hall, 1994-1995:  hello to the girls of boy's annex!!!  rhea crisologo hernando, my roommate in BA32, is still a textmate even if we haven't seen each other in years!  and of course, to the kalayaan residence hall house council... liway arce, chairperson.  ako?  chair ng academic committee, no thanks to roentgen bronce... :)

molave residence hall, 1995-1998:  room 225 was the best, especially on those days & nights when i was there. (hehehe...)  grace lapena, karen rodolfo, jovy candado, jeena marquez... you made 225 home for me. (trivia:  when facing molave from across the street, look to the 2nd floor of the girls wing.  count 5 rooms from the left & 5 rooms from the right.  225 is the middle-est room.  just in front of the 2f girl's bathroom.)

my BA barkada:  paolo cortez, jenny evangelista, tanya saret, arnie buenaventura, lyne arnaldo-vega, hope jamero, jazz estacio, tonette badillo-ordona, mackie sanchez, mike bayot, edwin cleofe.  we really made the most out of our stay in the ugliest building on campus!!! (mary rose loria, kasama ka dito!)

UP Sidlangan, 1995-1998:  waray makaka-pirde ha mga waray...  too bad i was busy with my lovelife that i wasn't able to make tambay too much... jet urmeneta, daryl delgado, bubbles aniceto, mandy aumento, kim enage, ruby ramos, dennis delgado, john palami, didits palami, ayne rile, tina arinto!!! (damo pa. as in damo pa...)

i will never forget how the whole class defended me from the evil cheapskate  CPA-from-hell-who-was-too-bobo-for-UP-law-naman-pala... hahaha :)

Bar 2005:  nicky balajadia & rollyn malig, those were the best of times, those were the worst of times.  (pero masarap talaga magluto ang mga taga-pampanga. hehehe.)

ang tagaaaal ko sa UP. 

4 years + 5 years + 1 year (na kahit LOA, pumupunta pa rin ako) = 10 years
and until now, i am constantly in UP.  mura kasi magpa-xerox sa SC.  convenient bumili sa coop.  kelangan ko mag-tapsilog fix sa rodic's time & again.  masarap mag-barbecue sa beach house.  someday makakapag-yosi din ako uli sa first floor chockiss, kahit patuloy akong nakakatambay sa aircon portion ng 2f chockiss.  kain tayo sa mang jimmy's.  sayang nawawala na si mommy thai... sana hindi na ako bawal mag-isaw!

marami akong pinagdaanan sa UP na alam kong hindi na-experience ng karamihan sa mga kaibigan ko.  perks of being an adventurous, pasaway dormer in college (buti nalang bisaya si roboguard!).  syempre, hindi ko pwede ikwento dito.  pag magkita nalang tayo, pwede pa siguro.

natutuwa naman akong isipin na sa sentenaryo ng UP, i basked in the glory of 10 years of those 100 years.  aba, 10% din yun. :)
